Early focus on Kadapa, Pulivendula bi-elections

Jagan and Vijayamma resigned from their respective MP and MLA posts on 29th Nov 2010. EC should conduct bi-elections and reappoint new legislators in these two constituencies by May 28th 2010. Which means elections must be held at least by May 2011.
Cong is desperate to defeat Jagan, which means huge boost for Cong party. They can regain all the lost ground. Jagan MLA/MP/Other Leaders will flood back to Cong. TDP is also fancying their chances hoping YS Viveka and YS Jagan will split Cong votes in equal share. However that is not going to happen. Here are details Kadapa and Pulivendula GE 2009.
