Its a 600 page report that will be submitted by Sri Krishna Committe to the centre.
We will try to get early the gist of the report in a brief write - as is reported by the committee.
Hoping that the report does some good for all the people in Andhra Pradesh.
Watch out this space for the facts on this report as and when it comes.
KCR meanwhile projected mid-term polls early 2011.
As we mentioned in our earlier posts , he was keen to go with Jagan and now he stated that Jagan is an emerging star . Obviously , he got the report from warangal.

Congress MPs can get Telangana in 3 days . For 1 day fasting they got 1300 cases lifted
Congress MPs could have got Telangana in 3 days.
No need of TRS, No need of Sri Krishna Committee, No need of students committing suicides - can't believe it right ?
yes, it is true. For just one day fast - they have got 1300 cases on anti-social elements ( very few out of 1300 actually are on students which were lifted even before they sat for fasting ) lifted . Just imagine they doing a fast for three days , Telangana will be easily given. No two thoughts there.
Tired of this drama in politics . One wonder how "real" students respond to these people , do lot of dharnas , spoil their own careers inspite of knowing the true picture of these politicians.
TRS has ensured by remaining silent that all credit "as plan " goes to congress.
There were lot of comedy performances in the fasting area - with "survey" satti talking nonsense continously, Jana reddy grabbing the mike from sabita and speaking as if he is a home minister. It was a good matinée show .

Flash ....Flash .... Sri Krishna Committee report .. is it leaked ?
While the official report is yet to come , is Sri Krishna Committee report clearly out among the close political circles?
Look at the following incidents in the last 24 hours ...
Congress Telangana MPs staging dharnas and dramas of resignation.
(They have not done anything like this till now putting everything on "amma")
KCR is taking a step back- talking uselessly of non-cooperation in february , action plan after 6 months etc,, warning students not to do anything unless he or kodanda ram suggests something... This clearly speaks more than his usual fickle and exaggerated statements.
First impression : Does Congress want to "buy" the sentiment from KCR ?
This is clearly evident with someone like KK announcing fast( man...this is a comedy end to 2010) . From the next day he will scream like anything... memu nirahara deeksha chesi telangana thechaam...("We got Telanagana by fasting until death") irritating everybody including core telagana fighters.

Triangular contest on the cards... but jagan can set himself for clear majority
After YSR Death :
In telangana - There is KCR alone . He is damaging even CBN vehicles. Least can be said about congress telanagana leaders with KCR publicly scolding them and talking cheap of them. It has become that they are "reporting to" KCR in telangana than to CM
But, with jagan back-to-back wins in warangal on two consecutive days there is clear message in telangana that KCR time is over.
People wanted a leader who takes care of them after YSR death - there was none till few days back and that was the reason inspite of KCR's fickleminded behaviour they have voted him in by-elections. Now the scene has changed completely with Jagan's new party announcement. Telangana people are more than ready to embrace Jagan
In Seemandhra - chandrababu is trying his best to remain in visibility as nothing is happening for TDP to polarize the people .
Jagan is on a high here. Its Tsunami possibility if it comes down to sympathy of YSR.
Ok ...so how will the contest look like at this stage ?
1. congress ( adhishtanam) + PRP + TRS
Congress very lucky two have weakness for TRS and PRP.
The weakness for TRS is that they cannot scale in all telangana distrtics. If they compete alone in Hyderabad, Khammam etc., they will be bashed since there is no sentiment in some parts of telangana. Also, we know the loyality of KCR to Sonia whatever may be the reasons - everybody knows them.
PRP also cannot go on own with the experience they had last time.
2. TDP + CPI + CPM ( they already attended his deekasha making intentions clear)
3. Y S Jagan Party.( with two-time winner YSR behind him).
He is like arjuna in mahabharatha where he has YSR behind as sri krishna without direct
participation in war.
looking at three - the competition is there , but Jagan with latest strength display in warangal emerges a clear winner. someone who can compete in all three regions independently.

Flash : A wonderful birthday gift for Jagan- The taste of success- Defeat to TRS
No better than success is more sweeter on a Birthday and Jagan has tasted it in his style.
In the sarpach election Ramesh in Warangal District defeated the TRS candidate by a comfortable margin.
First Contest and First Victory for Jagan. Cong. Guys, wake up and see the tsunamni with our eyes.
The sweetness of Victory is more since it is in Telangana Region keeping any apprehensions away.
Jagan has defeated TRS in Telangana. An awesome feat on his birthday. This is just the start.

Sri Krishna committee report is obvious now?
More the secrecy means curiosity. More curiosity more despair. Sri Krishna committee seems to have understood this. They are trying to give the hints of the committee report. Few cues,
• We are not going to recommend any solution; we will give different options for Govt to take decision.
o They are not going to tell you Telangana should be created or not.
o But one of the options may contain creation of Telangana and steps to be taken after that.
• We understood the feeling of the people, obviously it means
o Majority of Telanagana wants Telangana to be a separate state.
o Majority of Seemandhra wants Andhra Pradesh to be united.
• We have done vast research on fundamentally on four areas
o Irrigation
o Employment
o Industries
o Hyderabad
This way Sri Krishna committee has done an exercise to understand the differences in the development of Telangana and Seemandhra in AP. The growth of irrigation, employment and industries are compared between Telangana and Seemandhra with/without including Hyderabad in Telangana. I am not sure how these numbers are stacked actually. But that should tell the legitimate story of development of Seemandhra Vs Telangana.
They might tell us the possible area to work on
• If Telangana created with shared capital as Hyderabad
• If Telangana created without Hyderabad
• If Telangana created with Hyderabad
This will not lead to any conclusion.
